  Chad could not have been more helpful. Brought my son's laptop in for a broken charger port. Told him we were hoping to have it back within a couple weeks. He fixed it in a matter of hours. When my son brought the computer home, it would not reboot. Brought it back to Chad. He was puzzled but assured us he would do whatever he could to fix the problem. Chad did some research and as it turned out, there was a MS software update that was reeking havoc on many computers. Chad spoke with my son, and promised him that he would try his best to get the computer fixed within the two week timeline. He fixed it by the next day! Chad did not charge us for the second "repair". His excellent costumer service skills are a beyond compare to anything I have experienced in the recent time. Would highly recommend them!
